We're looking for a General Manager to lead The Island Cafe of Port Aransas! We need someone with solid restaurant management experience who's also comfortable jumping into the kitchen when needed because in hospitality, flexibility is everything. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
About the Role:
- Oversee daily cafe operations and ensure smooth service
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and team performance
- Handle inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Step into the kitchen to cook and support the team when coverage is needed
- Maintain quality standards and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Manage financials and work toward business goals
