Position: General Manager – Powersports

We are seeking a results-driven General Manager to lead dealership operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive overall business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, and parts
• Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and develop department managers
• Establish a culture of accountability and performance
• Monitor financial performance and achieve business objectives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Create a positive, professional work environment

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of management or leadership experience
• Powersports or automotive dealership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership operations
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Experience with CDK or Lightspeed is a plus
