The General Manager Primm Resorts is responsible for the overall leadership, financial performance, guest experience, regulatory compliance, and operational execution of a complex casino resort location. The operation includes three casinos with approximately 500 slot machines each, multiple food and beverage outlets, approximately 600 hotel rooms per property, two on-site gas station/convenience store operations, and a 5,000-seat entertainment arena.
This role provides executive leadership across gaming, hotel, food and beverage, retail, entertainment, facilities, security, finance, human resources, marketing, and regulatory compliance. The General Manager is accountable for driving profitability, improving asset utilization, and enhancing property-wide performance, while protecting the company's licenses, assets, and reputation.
In addition to day-to-day leadership, the General Manager is expected to identify and execute opportunities to increase visitation, improve operating leverage, and strengthen the property's position within the regional gaming and hospitality market.
Success in this role requires strong business judgment, an ownership mindset, and the ability to make data-informed decisions that balance growth, cost discipline, risk management, and long-term value creation.
