Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager must be extremely customer focused, outgoing and friendly, with extensive experience in the customer service industry. The Restaurant General Manager will be responsible for all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during their shift. The Restaurant General Manager will serve as a brand ambassador for the company and must work towards maintaining the company culture at all times. The Restaurant General Manager must work well under pressure and support team members’ current and future development.
