The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced restaurant leader to serve as General Manager of a high-volume QSR location in the Charleston market. As General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of your restaurant — from financial performance and operational standards to team culture and guest experience. You will report directly to area leadership and serve as the benchmark for excellence within your market.
What You'll Own
- Oversee all daily operations of a high-volume quick-service restaurant
- Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and overall P&L
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
- Ensure consistent food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards at all times
- Maintain full compliance with food safety regulations and health codes
- Create a positive, accountable team culture that reduces turnover
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and execute plans to close gaps
- Serve as the face of the restaurant within the local community
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of General Manager experience in QSR or fast casual
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, labor, and food cost in a restaurant setting
- Strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining hourly and management staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Results-driven mindset with a people-first leadership approach
- ServSafe certified or ability to obtain upon hire
