Stand Manager – South Boston, VA
$60,000–$65,000 + Bonus
We're looking for a hands-on leader to run the day-to-day at a fast-growing drive-thru beverage concept in South Boston, VA. This isn't a desk job — you'll be on your feet, in the mix, setting the pace for a high-energy team that moves fast and treats every guest like a regular.
What you'll own:
- Full P&L accountability for your location — labor, cost of goods, and daily sales performance
- Hiring, training, and developing a team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Driving a guest experience built on speed, energy, and genuine hospitality
- Inventory management, scheduling, and day-to-day operational execution
- Building a culture where people actually want to come to work
What you bring:
- 2+ years of management experience in QSR, coffee, or a high-volume drive-thru environment
- A track record of building strong teams and hitting operational targets
- Comfort with fast pace and high standards — this brand moves quick
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead by example
- Open availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
