We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Citi Field to lead all janitorial and sanitation services for a large high-profile stadium. This role oversees event and non-event cleaning operations, manages large union and non-union teams, controls labor and budgets, and ensures exceptional cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all stadium cleaning operations, event pre- and post-event days • Manage managers, supervisors, and large frontline teams • Oversee union labor relations and contract compliance • Control budgets, labor forecasting, and overtime • Ensure OSHA health and safety compliance • Partner with stadium leadership and operations teams
Qualifications:
7 years of large-scale cleaning or facilities leadership experience Proven success managing high-volume venues and union environments Strong operational, financial, and people leadership skills Ability to work nights, weekends, and event schedules Experience working with union staff
Salary: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00
Schedule: Hours are based on operational needs.
