Mister Sparky is launching in Northwest Orange County, and we're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help build a premier residential electrical service company from the ground up. Position Summary:

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, technician performance, customer experience, recruiting, training, scheduling, and profitability. This individual will help implement franchise systems, build a high-performing team, and establish the operational foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily service operations and field execution
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop electricians and support staff
• Drive technician productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, dispatching, and capacity planning
• Utilize ServiceTitan to monitor KPIs and improve performance
• Implement and maintain franchise operating standards
• Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Develop operational processes that support scalable growth
• Ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Being a California certified Electrician is a bonus; expectations are that you surpass this qualifier
• Experience managing field technicians and customer-facing teams
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field-service software preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or home services
• Strong understanding of residential service operations
• Proven ability to build teams, improve processes, and drive results
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build a business

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus performance bonus, benefits, and significant growth opportunities as the company expands.
