General Manager Restaurant

We are looking for a strong Floor Manager / Captain who is ready to grow into a higher-level management position within our restaurant group. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and understands how to create exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and service flow
• Supervise and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Ensure excellent guest experience and hospitality standards
• Assist with floor management, staffing, and team communication
• Help train, motivate, and develop FOH team members
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain smooth service
• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
• Support opening and closing responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or captain experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to multitask
• Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work 5 days per week consistently
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Experience with Toast POS is a plus
