A growing experiential retailer is seeking a Retail General Manager to lead our Reston shop. This role is perfect for a hands‐on leader who thrives in a creative, guest‐focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and team performance
  • Deliver exceptional, interactive guest experiences
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
  • Drive sales and uphold brand standards

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years retail management experience
  • Strong leadership and customer‐service skills
  • Organized, energetic, and comfortable in a boutique setting
