Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dynamic team to meet service and quality standards
• Create a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment for all team members
• Develop employees through coaching and training to achieve long-term growth goals
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
• Ensure exceptional guest relations and uphold Freddy’s renowned hospitality

Skills & Experience

• Proven restaurant management or leadership experience with a focus on guest service and team development
• Strong financial acumen including experience with sales reports, P&L, and labor management
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate a diverse team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with xcel software and scheduling
• Passionate about driving sales growth and profitability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, and weekends
• Capable of standing or walking up to 10 hours per shift and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
