About the Role
Join our locally owned Smoothie King franchise as a General Manager! We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service, developing team members, and creating a positive, high-energy work environment. As our General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of daily store operations while leading by example and helping your team succeed.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations to ensure excellent guest service and efficient performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor to meet business needs.
- Maintain Smoothie King brand standards for product quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Monitor inventory, place product orders, and minimize waste.
- Track store performance and implement strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health department regulations, and safety standards.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture.
- Lead by example by working alongside your team during busy shifts.
Qualifications
- Two or more years of management experience in restaurant, retail, or food service.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and daily operations.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
