General Manager – Multi-Site Operations
We’re partnering with a growing company in the building materials / manufacturing space to hire a General Manager responsible for overseeing multi-site regional operations with full P&L ownership.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on operational performance, team leadership, inventory control, customer experience, and business growth across multiple locations. The position reports directly to executive leadership and offers significant autonomy and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead multi-site operations across a regional footprint
• Own P&L performance, KPIs, inventory, and operational efficiency
• Manage and develop site teams
• Drive accountability, process improvement, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with sales leadership to support regional growth
Ideal Background:
• 5+ years in operations leadership
• Multi-site management experience required
• Full P&L ownership experience
• Background in building materials, manufacturing, construction, or equipment-driven operations
• ERP/MRP and inventory management experience strongly preferred
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $120K–$150K
• Bonus: $20K–$30K
• OTE: $140K–$180K
Additional Details:
• Onsite role
• Regional travel required (typically monthly)
• High-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership
