General Manager

We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead Drunken Fish in the Central West End. You'll be the driving force behind our restaurant's success owning day-to-day operations, building a thriving team, and delivering the exceptional guest experience our community has come to expect.

Drunken Fish is a local Japanese chain known for our creative rolls, noodles, and entrees paired with carefully crafted cocktails. Our chic, modern space attracts guests who appreciate quality food, skilled hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. As our General Manager, you'll protect and elevate that experience every single day.
