Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead sales, service, and operational performance across a growing organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while overseeing daily operations and long-term business strategy.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, financial acumen, and a proven ability to scale both sales and service operations.


Key Responsibilities


Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage P&L for the region and drive overall business growth

Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales and service teams
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

Customer Experience
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across all operations
  • Resolve escalated client issues professionally and efficiently

Financial & Operational Management
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
  • Track and improve KPIs across sales and service functions

Strategic Growth & Market Analysis
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to align business initiatives
  • Communicate performance updates and strategic insights to leadership

Training & Development
  • Implement training programs to strengthen team capabilities
  • Promote continuous learning and professional growth

Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulations
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • 7–10 years of leadership experience in sales/service operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment
  • Fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  • Travel for client meetings and industry events may be required

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $157,080 – $245,490 (based on experience)
