Compensation: $40,000$ - 50,000 per year + Uncapped Commissions

Our Schererville studio is seeking an energetic, sales-driven, and community-minded General Manager to lead our team, grow our membership base, and cultivate a vibrant fitness community.

About the Role

The General Manager is the heartbeat of the studio, responsible for driving membership sales, building strong relationships with members, and creating an engaging, inclusive studio culture. You'll oversee lead generation, manage the sales process from inquiry to close, and execute creative community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and member retention.

This role is ideal for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves connecting with people, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Drive Membership Growth: Convert leads into loyal members through effective outreach, follow-up, and in-person sales presentations.

• Lead Generation: Partner with local businesses, host community events, and implement digital and grassroots marketing to generate new leads.

• Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with members, local influencers, and organizations to grow the studio's visibility and community presence.

• Sales Leadership: Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through proactive lead management, pipeline tracking, and team motivation.

• Studio Operations: Ensure the studio runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and team performance.

• Team Development: Hire, train, and inspire sales associates and instructors to deliver an exceptional member experience.
