HOAMCO, a homeowner association management company, is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee operations for a luxury high-rise community located within Kierland Commons, a premier mixed-use development in North Scottsdale.
The General Manager is responsible for leading the community’s daily operations, resident relations, team performance, vendor management, facilities maintenance, and Board support functions. This role ensures that all Association activities align with governing documents, contractual obligations, Board directives, and applicable Arizona community association regulations.
The ideal candidate possesses strong high-rise operational experience, exceptional communication skills, sound judgment during emergencies, and a proactive, solution-oriented leadership approach. The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors, supervise on-site staff, foster a high level of resident service, and maintain a professional and responsive community environment.
