  • Maintain full compliance with Hilton brand standards, quality assurance (QA) audits, and brand initiatives
  • Utilize Hilton's Property Engagement Platform (PEP) to manage employee engagement, training compliance, brand communications, and operational task tracking
  • Ensure consistent execution of Hilton service culture and SOPs, tailored to an extended-stay guest experience

Financial Performance

  • Develop and manage the hotel's annual budget, forecasts, and financial goals
  • Monitor P&L statements, control labor and operating costs, and drive revenue growth (RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, length of stay)
  • Partner with Sales & Revenue Management teams to maximize profitability, especially for extended-stay and corporate/relocation business

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing, lean leadership team and hotel staff
  • Foster a positive, engaged workplace culture in line with Hilton's values
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and succession planning
  • Drive employee engagement scores and reduce turnover through PEP-supported initiatives

Guest Experience

  • Champion a guest-first culture to drive satisfaction scores (e.g., Hilton Honors, Medallia/GSS scores)
  • Resolve escalated guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Implement service recovery and continuous improvement initiatives suited to longer-staying guests

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor, and brand regulations
  • Maintain readiness for Hilton brand audits and quality inspections
  • Oversee risk management, liability, and emergency preparedness protocols

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager within a Hilton-branded, select-service or extended-stay hotel (required — non-Hilton brand experience will not be considered)
  • Direct, hands-on experience using Hilton's Property Engagement Platform (PEP) (required)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets, guest satisfaction scores, and brand quality audit results
  • Strong knowledge of Hilton systems, including OnQ PMS, Hilton Honors, and brand-specific QA tools

  • Strong financial acumen — experience managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically with Hilton's extended-stay/select-service portfolio
  • Experience managing properties with 100–150+ suites
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation
  • Background in corporate/relocation or long-term-stay guest segments
