Lead a $15M+ Commercial HVAC Service Business

We're looking for a proven Commercial HVAC leader to take full ownership of a large-scale service operation across South Florida. This is a true General Manager role with responsibility for P&L performance, operational execution, customer satisfaction, team development, and business growth.

What You'll Own

Full P&L responsibility for a $15M+ commercial HVAC service division

Leadership of 50+ employees across service, dispatch, customer support, warehouse, and field operations

Commercial HVAC service, maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance operations

Labor productivity, revenue growth, margin improvement, and service profitability

Development of managers, supervisors, and field leadership teams

Executive-level customer relationships and key account management

KPI management, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives

Strategic planning and growth of the South Florida HVAC service business

What We're Looking For

10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service operations

Proven experience managing a commercial HVAC service business with P&L accountability

Experience leading large teams across multiple departments

Strong understanding of service operations, dispatch, field service, maintenance agreements, and repair sales

Track record of driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability

Strong leadership presence with the ability to develop teams and hold accountability

Excellent customer-facing and business leadership skills
