Concept Overview

Urban Hip E Fresh Kitchen is a modern Mediterranean fast casual restaurant focused on fresh, customizable, high-quality food delivered with speed, consistency, and an elevated guest experience.

Compensation

Up to 62K a year

Monthly profit sharing: Based on achieving food & labor cost targets

Manager Role

The Manager is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading the team, and ensuring strong financial performance while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

Oversee all daily front & back-of-house operations

Hire, train, and develop staff and 2 shift leaders

Create weekly schedules, manage payroll, and labor targets

Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns

Monitor food quality, speed, and consistency

Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering systems

Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards

Track budgets, control costs, and drive profitability

Communicate weekly with bookkeeping and review financial reports

Develop and implement an approved operating plan

Establish pars, inventory systems, and organization standards

Lead by example step into all roles when needed

Target Unit Economics

Food Cost: 25%

Labor Cost: 20 25%

Prime Cost Target: ~50%

Maintain strict control of food cost, waste, and labor efficiency


Build systems for ordering, inventory, and training

Ensure clear organization, labeling, and process consistency

Train and develop leadership within the team

Execute a disciplined, systems-driven operation

Build out catering operations

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a restaurant or fast casual manager

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Highly organized and solutions-oriented

Experience managing budgets, labor, and food cost controls

Proficient with Toast POS and restaurant management software

Knowledge of food safety, health, and compliance standards

Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences

Catering knowledge
