Cool Willy's Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Home Services General Manager to work alongside our current General Manager before transitioning into full leadership of our Tucson operation.

This is a unique opportunity for a proven leader who wants a structured succession plan rather than being thrown into a role on day one. You'll spend time learning our people, processes, culture, and operations before taking full ownership of a $10 million residential HVAC and Plumbing business.

What You'll Do
During the Transition

Partner directly with the current General Manager to learn all aspects of the business.
Build relationships with employees, managers, and key customers.
Gain a deep understanding of company operations, financials, and culture.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

After Transition

Assume full responsibility for the daily operations of the Tucson branch.
Lead HVAC, Plumbing, Customer Service, Dispatch, Sales, and Installation teams.
Own the branch P&L and drive revenue, profitability, and EBITDA growth.
Develop department managers through coaching, accountability, and leadership.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including:
- Revenue
- Gross Margin
- EBITDA
- Average Ticket
- Membership Growth
- Close Rates
- Customer Satisfaction
- Employee Retention
Create a culture built on accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
Partner with recruiting to attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

5+ years of General Manager or senior operational leadership experience within the residential home services industry.
Experience managing a $5-6 million or larger HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or multi-trade home service operation.
Strong understanding of residential service, sales, installation, dispatch, and customer service operations.
Proven experience managing a branch P&L and improving profitability.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop managers and field leaders.
Experience driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.
