The Opportunity
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the operation.
You'll work closely with technicians, administrative staff, customers, and leadership to make sure the business runs efficiently, delivers exceptional results, and continues to grow.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Lead Daily Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to our quality standards
- Coordinate technicians, schedules, equipment, materials, and resources
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions
- Establish and maintain efficient processes and procedures
- Ensure customers receive a consistent, professional experience
Lead & Develop the Team
- Manage and mentor Tile & Grout Restoration Technicians, administrative staff, and other team members
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable
- Train and develop employees to improve skills, productivity, and quality
- Build a positive, professional, performance-oriented culture
- Recruit and help develop talented team members as the company grows
Drive Growth
- Help develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Identify opportunities to expand services and market reach
- Improve customer retention, referrals, and repeat business
- Monitor sales and operational performance
- Look for ways to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality
Own the Customer Experience
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Help resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively
- Ensure work meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Establish a culture where quality and customer service are priorities
Manage Financial Performance
- Monitor revenue, expenses, labor, materials, and other operating costs
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Track key performance indicators
- Identify opportunities to improve margins and profitability
- Make informed operational decisions based on business performance
Maintain Quality & Safety
- Ensure technicians follow established processes and quality standards
- Maintain safe working practices
- Ensure equipment and materials are properly maintained and used
- Promote a culture of accountability and professionalism
Who We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
- Tile & grout restoration
- Tile installation
- Flooring
- Professional cleaning
- Residential or commercial cleaning
- Water, fire, or property restoration
- Surface restoration
- Remodeling or construction
- Other specialty home-service businesses
You don't necessarily need to have held the title of General Manager before.
We're looking for someone who has demonstrated that they can lead people, manage operations, solve problems, and take responsibility for results.
