• Own every aspect of club operations: sales, staffing, training, member experience
• Oversee and manage your team of leaders and their departments: Personal Training, Front Desk, Group Fitness, Facilities/Maintenance

• Build a culture that’s positive, electric, and fiercely goal‑driven
