Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Drive sales and profitability through effective business strategies
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard employees
- Schedule staff based on labor targets and business volume
- Manage profit and loss (P&L) performance
- Control labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses
- Drive sales growth through promotions and local marketing
- Analyze KPIs such as sales, labor %, food variance, and customer metrics
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Handle cash management, deposits, and reconciliation
- Maintain employee records and payroll coordination
- Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships
- Communicate with franchise owners or district managers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
