McDonald's USA will not receive a copy of your employment application and it will have no involvement in any employment decisions, including whether you receive an interview for the job or whether you are hired.Description:The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job!The General Manager oversees daily operations including food safety, customer satisfaction, profitability and meeting restaurant targets.The General Manager is also be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.Some key responsibilities:* Operational Excellence (QSC): Maintaining strict compliance with McDonald's standards for food quality, service speed, and restaurant cleanliness.* People Management & Development: Recruiting, onboarding, training, mentoring, and scheduling staff and Department Managers.* Ability to manage targets for speed of service, labor and inventory* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations* Handle customer/employee complaints and resolve issuesSome requirements:* - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position within the food service industry* - Strong leadership and communication skills. Mentoring staff to improve restaurant performance* - Maintaining a "beat yesterday" attitude to foster a culture of continuous improvement.* - Ability to manage a team of 30+ employees* - Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends* - Customer service-oriented mindset.
