General Manager

Job description:

We are hiring a hands-on General Manager to take command of a high-value electronics supply chain and reverse logistics operation. If you’ve rebuilt operations, driven speed and accuracy, and know how to lead from the floor to the P&L—this is your opportunity.

Key Operational Pillars (What You Will Own)

• The Velocity Engine – You own the clock. Every hour inventory sits is a loss. Drive dock-to-stock and dock-to-ship speed.

• The Quality Sentinel – Enforce ISO 9001 / 14001 discipline and lead forensic-level inspection standards.

• Technical Services & Data Integrity – Oversee testing, data wiping, and secure handling of high-value components.

• ERP & Systems Mastery – Own SAP/WMS systems for full visibility and seamless RMA execution.

• Strategic Turnaround & Growth – Build, restructure, and scale operations to Tier 1 performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Operational Command – Full P&L ownership and end-to-end management of the RMA lifecycle for two distinct divisions

• Performance Architecture – Develop advanced KPI dashboards and reporting systems to drive real-time visibility into TAT, accuracy, and labor efficiency

• Loss & Risk Control – Implement robust shrink prevention and loss mitigation controls to protect high-value electronic assets and data privacy

• Financial Oversight – Own operational budgeting and drive aggressive cost-optimization initiatives

• Leadership & Recruitment – Recruit, mentor, and lead a cross-functional management team; build a high-performance culture

• Strategic Partnership – Partner with ownership on operational growth initiatives and long-term scaling strategy

• Compliance & SOPs – Maintain and enforce all SOPs and security controls aligned with ISO and corporate standards

Requirements & Qualifications

Core Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in 3PL, electronics supply chain, or reverse logistics

• Strong hands-on experience with RMA / reverse logistics (REQUIRED)

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field

• Advanced expertise in SAP, WMS, or equivalent ERP systems

• Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and KPI-driven management

• Proven track record in operational build-outs, restructuring, or turnaround environments

Preferred:

• Experience with Tier 1 / multinational organizations

• MBA, Master’s degree, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean certification

• Familiarity with computer hardware components and data sanitization standards (e.g., NIST 800-88)

Physical / Work Environment

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (6–8 hours) in a warehouse environment

• Strong visual attention to detail for identifying technical defects or CID

• Ability to handle and move electronic components (up to 25 lbs)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with varying conditions

Not a Fit If You:

• Avoid hands-on operational leadership

• Can’t own KPIs, P&L, and accountability

• Lack real reverse logistics experience
