General Manager

Job Summary: High-volume restaurant is seeking a Full Time team-oriented candidate for the General Manager position. Ideal candidate must be courteous and possess excellent leadership and customer service skills. Candidate must also be willing to work weekdays/nights, weekends and/or holidays.

Essential Functions:

Oversee and perform all duties of the restaurantMonitor and maintain store inventory pars alongside the Executive ChefMaintain a very clean work environmentMonitor day-to-day events of the boutique and restaurantRecord all deliveries (paper, produce etc.) and any errorsCoach and support new and existing staff membersOversee the closing of the till and restaurantWeekly trip to the bankOversee reservations and work with Assistant Manager to make sure all reservations are confirmed and prepared for.Maintain all temperature logs, waste and inventory sheetsMake sure all employees follow company policies and guidelinesMaintain professionalism and set an example for all staff
