Positions:
- General Manager
- Shift Manager
Pay:
- General Managers : $53,900 to $63,000 + benefits + bonus
- Shift Manager : $15 to $16 per hour + benefits
Locations: Hiring for corporate-owned units throughout Plano, Frisco, Allen, and McKinney!

Management Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
- Oversee Team Members' completion of shift tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive customer relations.
- Offer ongoing constructive and positive feedback to Team Members.
- Handle conflicts constructively to achieve resolution.
- Assist with Profit & Loss management by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory and managing labor.
- Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
- Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience.
What we're looking for:
- General Manager: Previous restaurant GM experience is required!
- Shift Supervisor: Previous restaurant or retail shift lead experience is required!
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Dependable and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 50 lbs. from one area to another.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Ensures teammates and customers enjoy a positive experience.
