Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
Knowledge of hotel management software and MS Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
