General Marketing Analyst

Payrate: $39.00 - $40.00/hr.
 
Summary:
The School Assessments business unit within the K-12 Education organization is seeking marketing support to help accelerate campaign deployment and asset activation. The team develops strategic marketing campaigns targeting educators and administrators but struggles to move quickly enough through traditional creative studio processes.
 
Responsibilities

• Provide additional execution capacity to help bring fully developed campaigns to market faster.
• Ensure activation of agency-created assets and reduce production bottlenecks.
• Work closely with a Manager of Strategy, two Campaign Marketing Managers, and a Strategic Marketer to support campaign execution, creative adaptations, digital asset deployment, and cross-functional coordination.

 
Qualifications

• Ability to create short-form video content and basic animations.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.

 
Skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $39.00 - $40.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
