This position is responsible for overseeing freight and helping ensure our general merchandise department remains stocked, accurately priced, rotated, and ready for customers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming freight and ensure merchandise is stocked efficiently.Stock and organize shelves while maintaining clean, attractive displays.Complete price changes accurately and on schedule.Rotate merchandise to maintain product quality and freshness.Perform shelf verification to ensure pricing, placement, and inventory accuracy.Help maintain an organized backroom and sales floor.Support the team during busy periods and seasonal changes.Provide friendly, helpful service to customers.QualificationsRetail or grocery experience is preferred but not required.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.Willingness to learn and take ownership of department responsibilities.ScheduleMust be available Monday through Friday.Shifts may be scheduled anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.Occasional Saturday availability is required during peak and holiday seasons.Join the team at Soelbergs Market in Stansbury, where we are committed to providing excellent products, service, and a welcoming shopping experience for our community.
