InnovaCare Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified General Neurologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who enjoys diagnosing and managing a broad spectrum of neurological conditions while performing advanced neurodiagnostic procedures, including EEGs and EMGs.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Diagnose and treat disorders affecting the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles
- Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations and interpret clinical findings
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary
Neurodiagnostic Procedures
- Perform and interpret Electroencephalograms (EEGs) to evaluate brain electrical activity
- Conduct Electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies to assess neuromuscular function
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and interpretation of diagnostic results
Collaboration & Patient Education
- Partner with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies
- Stay current with advances in neurology, neurodiagnostic testing, and emerging technologies

Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program
- Board Certification in Neurology (ABPN or equivalent)
- Proficiency in performing and interpreting EEGs and EMGs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth
Preferred
- Experience in an outpatient neurology setting
- Familiarity with neurology CPT coding, including:
- Ability to effectively manage clinic workflow and reduce patient no-show rates
