Office Team Member/Receptionist Job requirements:


  • Work with customers, on the telephone and/or in person.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage both digital scanning and hard copy filing systems.
  • General office duties vary as needed.
  • Use of general office equipment
Office Staff Skills and Qualifications:


  • Good Telephone Etiquette & Verbal Communication.
  • Bilingual.
  • Scheduling experience preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of MS Word & Excel required. QuickBooks knowledge helpful.
  • Work with customers, on the telephone and/or in person.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Data Entry: Job cost receipts, Entering bills, Invoices.
