AV Taxi Rides is seeking a dependable and organized General Office Clerk to support the daily administrative operations of our Los Angeles office. This role is responsible for maintaining records, assisting with documentation, coordinating office activities, and providing clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Perform data entry and update company information accurately
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Support appointment scheduling and office calendars
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Monitor office supply inventory and notify management of replenishment needs
- Provide general administrative support to office staff and management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus but not required
Salary Range
$17 – $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
