Requirements for General Operator:

• Excellent communication skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Knowledge of trucks and equipment preferred

• Ability to think clearly and solve problems

• Dependable and able to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible to work seasonal hours

Responsibilities of Location Operator:

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the assigned location

• Operate forklifts, tractors, lawn mowers, and other equipment safely and efficiently

• Assist with grain, agronomy products, and feed operations

• Load and unload grain, feed, and agronomy products

• Perform general equipment and building maintenance

• Assist with inventory management

• Complete housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe facility

• Help customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Assist with agronomy operations during slower seasons

• Perform other duties as assigned
