Seasonal General Operator

Pay:$19.00/hour (1st Shift) | $20.00/hour (2nd Shift)
Schedule: 6 days per week, 40+ hours with overtime available
Duration: Seasonal (August - October)
Location: Plymouth, IN

This fast-paced role is perfect for physically active individuals who thrive in nature and enjoy hands-on work.

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in diverse weather conditions (rain, heat, cold, dust, pollen)
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in distinguishing seed varieties by size or color
• Good physical endurance—standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working in elevated areas
• Safety-conscious mindset with the ability to follow operational procedures and safety protocols
• Excellent communication skills in English — reading, speaking, and following directions
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt to changing conditions and troubleshoot on the go
