We currently are hiring for our weekend shift. This shift offers a great balance of work and family time. Employees on days work Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm and depending on the workload, we work our overtime on Fridays. Lionshead Precision Metals (previously IMC Corp) is seeking a qualified candidate that can come in and hit the door running.

Some general job duties for this position include but are not limited to:

• Will be required to lift and/or move metal parts repetitively weighing 15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Operate equipment such as: stamping press, brake press, manual machines, spot weld machine, mills, and lathes.
• Grind and finish metal parts
• Count and pack parts

Vacation Program:

Vacation Accrual (Year 1):

• After 3 months 40 hours

• After 6 months +40 hours (80 total)

• After 9 months +40 hours (120 total)

After First Year:

• Every January 1st 120 hours

After 5-Year Anniversary:

• January 1st following your 5-year anniversary 160 hours
