We are seeking a General Operator to join our production team within a manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational and production activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and the continuous flow of processes on-site. This is a long-term position with a contract duration of two years.
Operate a forklift safely and efficiently for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility.
Work with and monitor packaging equipment according to established standards.
Support general on-site operations and day-to-day production activities as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Prior experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on forklift experience is required.
Familiarity with packaging or production equipment.
Competencies: Strong focus on industrial safety, proactivity, punctuality, and the ability to work well within a team.
Location: Manufacturing plant in Wilmington, CA (On-site).
Contract Type: Long-term contract (2-year duration).
