Position Summary:
Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children – Orlando, Florida
Orlando Health Children’s Heart Institute at Childen's Arnold Palmer Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Cardiologist to join our growing and highly respected pediatric cardiology team. This position is ideal for a physician who enjoys primarily outpatient practice with the opportunity to care for a broad spectrum of congenital and acquired heart conditions in infants, children, and adolescents. Fetal cardiology expertise is highly desirable but not required. The incoming physician will practice within a nationally recognized, full-service pediatric heart program that provides comprehensive care from fetal diagnosis through adulthood.
Physicians see patients from birth through a seamless transition to our Adult Congenital Heart Disease specialists.
Practice Highlights
- Primarily outpatient pediatric cardiology position
- Clinic-based practice with support from dedicated pediatric echo sonographers at every location
- Opportunities available for both experienced physicians and graduating fellows
- Opportunity to develop multidisciplinary specialty clinics such as aortopathy, cardio-oncology, cardio-genetics, and preventive cardiology
Call Schedule
- Pediatric Cardiologists share on-call responsibilities equally.
- Night call is primarily telephone consultation and occasional remote echocardiogram interpretation with inpatient rounding on weekend.

Qualifications:
- Education: M.D., D.O.
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship
- Fetal cardiology expertise is highly desirable
- TEE experience welcomed but not required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Pediatrics
- Unrestricted FL medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
