Northwest Permanente is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our dedicated care team at the Longview/Kelso Medical Office. This is an exciting opportunity to build and manage your own pediatric patient panel while delivering high-quality, coordinated ambulatory care within our physician-led, value-based medical group.

Position Highlights

  • Join a collaborative team of two experienced Pediatricians.
  • Robust onsite support including:
    • Mental Health Counselors
    • Optometrists
    • Dedicated Lactation team
  • In-house Pharmacy, imaging services, and full-service lab for integrated care.
  • Newborn rounding responsibilities:
    • One morning per week
    • One weekend per month at Legacy Salmon Creek Hospital (Vancouver, WA)
  • Note: This role does not include attending deliveries.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $215,550 - $244,980
