Animal Medical Center of Plainfield is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician or Assistant to join our state-of-the-art facility in Plainfield, IL. As a 19-doctor full-service General Practice and Emergency hospital, we provide top-tier veterinary care to pets throughout the Southwest suburbs of Chicago. Due to growth within our GP department, we are expanding our team.

What Were Looking For

A Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or an experienced Veterinary Assistant with 1 year of experience. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in general practice appointments. • Perform blood draws, IV catheter placements. • Educate clients on preventative care, post-surgical instructions, and treatment plans. • Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment. • Ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment area. • Provide exceptional patient care and client communication.
