About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Production Workers for a food production company in Albert Lea, MN. In this role, you’ll support daily production operations by rotating through multiple departments to help produce safe, quality food products. If you enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and staying active throughout your shift, this could be a great fit. Entry-level candidates are welcome training is provided!
What You’ll Do as a General Production Worker:- Learn and follow all food safety, HACCP, SQF, SOP, and sanitation (SSOP) guidelines
- Rotate through multiple production areas such as the cabbage line, veggie processing, potato room, and dishwashing
- Perform general production and support tasks as assigned
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and report concerns promptly
What You Need to Bring to the General Production Worker Role:- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently
- Willingness to learn multiple tasks and rotate between departments
- Team-oriented attitude with positive communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Entry-level candidates welcome – no experience required
- Reliable attendance and transportation
