About the Role
ATR International is hiring a General Production/Assembly Technician for our client, a manufacturing company in San Jose, CA. This is an entry-level, contract opportunity ideal for someone eager to learn hands-on assembly and production skills in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate equipment, tools, and machinery to prepare and assemble product
• Follow standard work instructions and produce at takt time
• Read print schematics and work requests
• Test and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Complete required reports, including manufacturing orders, scrap logs, production times, and rejects
• Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized
• Work under direct supervision using established procedures and written instructions
• Contribute to continuous improvement (MDI) initiatives and team goals

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Trade jobs: two-year degree, technical certificate, or 1–3 years of related experience preferred
• Willingness to learn, follow directions, and work well independently and in a team setting
• Basic computer skills and comfort with simple data entry/analysis
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety

• Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
