Schedule: 1st shift | Monday–Thursday, Friday | 12:30pm–9:00pm (Mon–Thu), 8:30am–5:00pm (Fri)

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Production Associates for a manufacturing company producing car wash cleaning products in Rockford, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce and package essential products in a team-oriented environment while working in a steady, hands-on setting. What You’ll Do as a General Production Associate:- Work with a team to produce and package car wash cleaning products
- Pack and palletize finished products for shipment
- Put inventory away within the warehouse
- Fill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate a forklift to move materials (as needed)
What You Need to Bring to the General Production Associate Role:- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Must have previous forklift experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
