General Production Associate (2nd Shift & 3rd Shift )

Shift Ranges:

2nd: From 3:00pm  – Until 11:30pm or 2:00am (depending upon assigned overtime)

3rd: From 10:00pm  – Until 7:00pm or 8:00am (depending upon assigned overtime)

Shift offerings vary based upon plant openings

Pay Rate: $18.25/hr - $21.62/hr depending upon experience/job openings(higher paying positions are multi faceted and require various tasks)

We are seeking to add to our Tank Plant Production Team in Middleville, MI. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in building high-quality water heaters used across America. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are top priorities. Roles on this team include forming steel, welding, testing tanks, enamel applications, loading conveyors, driving forklifts, and many more.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to always follow safety regulations and PPE requirements
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
• Willingness to receive and apply feedback to improve performance
• Ability to understand, follow, and retain work instructions and training
• Ability to perform physical work for extended shifts (8–12 hours)
• Strong attention to detail to meet quality and product specifications
• Ability to safely use basic hand tools (drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience
• Experience in metalworking, steel, or aluminum environments
• Mechanical aptitude, including troubleshooting or repairing equipment
• Basic math skills and ability to understand measurements
• Willingness and ability to be cross-trained across multiple roles
