Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing and production, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd Shift to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd Shift, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level- 3rd Shift

Location: Nacogdoches, TX

Pay Range: $17.44

Shift: Third

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner following standard work procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery.

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
