+ Maintain consistent product flow into the coating machine to ensure even coating and prevent gaps or pileups.

+ Monitor the Ecoat process and quickly address any jams or issues that occur on the conveyor or within the line.

+ Fill buckets, move product, and handle materials as needed to keep production running efficiently.

+ Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including holding the rake at shoulder height for up to several hours.

+ Sort and organize product on the line to maintain order and support efficient production.

+ Operate general production equipment and basic machinery as assigned, following all safety and operating procedures.

+ Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate work, report issues, and support a collaborative production environment.

+ Adhere to all safety requirements, including the use of steel-toed boots, safety gloves, and safety glasses at all times.

Essential Skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent education.

+ At least 6 months of warehouse or manufacturing experience.

+ Willingness and ability to work 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with production, sorting, or construction tasks in a manufacturing setting.

+ Background in machine operation or machine operating in a production environment.

+ Experience using hand tools safely and effectively.

+ Exposure to concrete or similar industrial environments.

+ Experience with machine raking or similar tasks involving shaking or leveling product on a conveyor belt.

+ Forklift experience or familiarity with warehouse equipment.

+ Demonstrated longevity in previous physically demanding roles.

+ Comfort working in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The organization offers great benefits for full-time employees and provides long-term opportunities for those who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and commitment. You join a team-oriented environment where effort and consistency are valued, and where top performers can build stable, ongoing careers in a true manufacturing setting.

Work Environment

You will work in a large, true manufacturing facility within the Ecoat department on a 3rd shift schedule from 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. The environment is very loud and fast paced, with heavy, repetitive lifting and sustained physical activity.
