Push totes and move boxes and product throughout the production area as needed during the shift.

Package finished products accurately and efficiently as a Production Operator, ensuring they meet quality and labeling standards.

Operate and monitor production and injection equipment, including handling material, pressing machine buttons, and performing basic machine operation tasks.

Handle raw materials and maintain appropriate levels of materials at the lines to minimize production downtime.

Perform general housekeeping duties to keep production and assigned areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Conduct physical and visual inspections of products to identify non-conforming goods and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Accurately complete required quality and production reports on an hourly basis and report all quality defects to the appropriate team members and shift leadership.

Follow all company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations, making safety the top priority and promptly escalating any safety concerns.

Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times while working in the production environment.

Demonstrate the flexibility and aptitude to work in all assigned areas of production and provide relief coverage when required.

Troubleshoot minor production line issues and support continuous operation of the lines.

Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work 12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or as dictated by production demand.

Communicate clearly and promptly with team members and leadership to manage expectations and support smooth production operations.

Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and personal performance in line with company values and competency expectations.

Ability to walk and stand on your feet for long hours during 12-hour shifts.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

Comfort working with machine operation, including basic button pressing and material handling.

Ability to adapt to unexpected changes in schedules, priorities, or production needs.

Effective communication skills to interact clearly with supervisors, peers, and other departments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).

Experience in beverage, bottling, or plastics manufacturing (nice to have).

Experience with cleanroom operations, assembly, inspection, loading, and general machine operation.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks based on department goals and customer needs.

Willingness to seek solutions rather than placing blame when issues arise.

Interest in developing technical knowledge by learning from experienced team members.

Openness to continuous improvement and personal growth in line with company competency models.

Ability to show respect to others and address interpersonal issues directly and professionally.
