Job Title: 3rdd Shift General Production Worker
Job Description
This role involves operating light machinery, handling and mixing materials, and supporting general production activities in a warehouse environment. You will move products manually and with pallet jacks, measure materials using scales, and perform physical tasks that require consistent heavy lifting.
Responsibilities
  • Operate light machinery safely and efficiently according to established procedures.
  • Mix materials accurately to create production batches, following provided instructions and specifications.
  • Move products and materials manually and with pallet jacks throughout the warehouse.
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Measure and weigh materials using scales to ensure proper quantities and consistency.
  • Assist with general production tasks, including staging materials, organizing work areas, and supporting team workflow.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area to support safety and productivity.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Essential Skills
  • Experience in general production or general labor roles.
  • Ability to operate light machinery in a production or warehouse setting.
  • Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Comfort with mixing materials and handling production batches.
  • Ability to use pallet jacks to move products and materials.
  • Basic ability to weigh and measure materials using scales.
  • Reliability and consistency in following instructions and safety procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a production worker or in a warehouse environment.
  • Familiarity with mixing batches and handling multiple materials.
  • Comfort working around machinery and moving equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail when measuring and weighing materials.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of general production tasks as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
