Responsibilities
Pearton is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Training Support Systems Integrator to provide integration support and programmatic expertise in the planning, coordination, and execution of our Client''s Department Front Office training program across the enterprise. This role serves as a key member of the Front Office team, responsible for synchronizing training activities, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless flow of information between Department leadership, training providers, and supported organizations. The successful candidate will support enterprise-wide training initiatives by coordinating schedules, tracking program requirements, integrating training priorities, and providing recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and mission readiness. This position plays a critical role in advancing mission success through the seamless coordination, integration, and support of enterprise training initiatives.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
